Vientiane
From Wikiasiantravel
Vientiane is the capital and largest city of Laos. Despite this, the city may seem much less than being what it is for a typical Westerner. It may seem too quiet and provincial due to the slow advancement to modernity. Though the city has a laid back trait, its rich history, interesting sites and lively markets make it an able tourist destination.
