Toul Sleng Genocide Museum
From Wikiasiantravel
The place was once a school that was converted into a detention and eventually a torture zone during the takeover of the Khmer Rouge. People who were suspected of being against the government where brought here for interrogation and were tortured to force them to confess. This historical site may be too tragic for some but an important itinerary if one is sincerely hoping to understand Cambodia and its people.
