Amok Trey - a traditional dish made with fish in coconut milk with curry. It is cooked by steaming and served in banana leaves.


Chicken Barbecue - chicken meat marinated with spices, sometimes lemon juice and barbecued.


Jroak Sway - green mango salad made with tomato, pepper, cucumber, onions and fish sauce. Other ingredients such as basil may also be added. It is often served alongside fish.


Kuytheav - a dish consisting mainly of rice noodles and meat in pork broth. In some instances, the different organs of a pig are used, such as the liver, heart and intestines.


Loc Lac - marinated beef cubes, sautéed and served with onions, tomatoes and lettuce.


Pahet - fried fish cakes made using fish meat, flour and eggs with spices such as lemon grass and garlic.


Salor Machu Kreoung - a beef soup with a sour and spicy taste. water spinach is often used for the dish.


Samlar Machu - Cambodian sour soup that uses either pork, chicken, fish or other seafood. Tamarind, tomato or pineapple may be used for the sour flavor.
