Bars and Clubs
Aside from the beaches, this region of Bali is also known for party sites and nightlife. Below are some places to unwind and enjoy the company of other tourists and locals by dancing and raving to some upbeat.
- Bounty Ship - air conditioned disco is in the basement
- Casablanca, Kuta - an open air pub
- Hard Rock Cafe Kuta- may be a little expensive compared by Balinese standards but if you are looking for a crowd with most singles, you will see them here.
At the back of the cafe is Hard Rock Resort where there is a milder and less noisy crowd and live performancesa at another club- Center Stage.
- Hulu Cafe- a gay bar for the outrageous and open minded people
- Mama's - an open air venue for drinking till sunrise. Also a restaurant which serves German home cooked meals at reasonable price.

- Peanuts Club in Legian - Discotheque where usually younger generations of locals and foreigners makes up most of the crowd on the dance floor
