Hyderabad serves as the capital city for one of the states of India, Andhra Pradesh. The city was founded during the Qutb Shahi dynasty, 1591, along the banks of Musi River. The city had grown and became famous during the said dynasty functioning as the center for the diamond trade. The rulers later of Golconda has found the climate and gardens of Hyderabad favorable.
