Daegu is the fourth largest city of South Korea serving as the capital for Gyeongsangbuk-do province. With a slogan of 'Colorful Daegu', the city strives to bring in bright and energetic splendour the historical past and fashionable present state.

- Dijon (French & Mediterranean Restaurant) - although a bit expensive the ambiance and food are a pro. Address is at #21-9 Samduk 1ga, Jung-gu, Daegu, behind Sam Duk Catholic Church.
- Wangson-jjajang-sikdang - specializes in hand made noodles and cooked the traditional style. Address is at 474-1 Daemyeong-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu.
